Limited Edition Digital Artwork (500)
All Whetton Art is created digitally using various methods to the highest standards expected from collectors. I know this as i too am a collector of Art and Comics. Each piece is sold exclusively as Digital Artwork. Each piece is designed to be best viewed on a handheld device and/or printed at A2 size. They can be printed at larger sizes but quality may be lost if printed too large. Whetton Art cannot accept any issues that occur from printing of the Digital Artwork.
You WILL own your artwork forever but please do take time to read the Purchase Agreement below which is pretty standard for the sale of Digital Artwork to protect the Artist.
Downloading You Digital Artwork (Etsy)
After funds have successfully cleared you will receive a time limited link to download the high resolution version of your Exclusive Limited Edition Digital Artwork. Your payment, receipt and email are all proof of purchase and you should keep a record of them in a safe place.
Refund Policy
Whetton Art is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds may be requested for a number of reasons such as quality but as this is Digital Artwork it is more difficult to refund for quality reasons. I would aim to resolve any issues through good communication.
To cancel orders please contact Whetton Art as soon as possible. If your order has not been downloaded I will refund your payment. All refunds will receive a confirmation e-mail for your records.
Privacy Policy
I take the protection of your privacy and personal information very seriously. Regarding the security and privacy of your information, at Whetton Art I only ask for your details if I really need to contact you and most information is secured through the secure payment options. I would never ask for bank details or card details. If you have been asked and it appears to be Whetton Art please contact me and let me know.
Regarding payment information; your details are used securely when you choose a payment method. No information is gathered or held by Whetton Art as each transaction is made through a reputable secure method and no bank details or personal information regarding your payment are made available to me as it is all handled through the Etsy store.
I do not send marketing e-mails, follow up sales or cause any reason for my customers not to feel completely secure when using my website. Therefore there is no risk of your information becoming lost or exposed as nothing is held or recorded.
Whetton Art Digital Purchase Agreement
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of purchase (“Effective Date”) by and between Whetton Art (“Dan Whetton”) and the purchaser of the artwork (“Buyer”).
Artist and Buyer (each “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) agree as follows:

Purpose of this Agreement:
Buyer wishes to purchase the right to personally own a specific piece of limited digital artwork from Whetton Art and be able to claim ownership of this limited-edition artwork to print and display. This agreement supports the recording of the sale of the artwork purchased through the website with an email receipt and download link for the Buyer and the obligations owned by Artist and Buyer to each other.

Artwork and Rights Granted:

Buyer agrees to Purchase the Rights to the Digital Artwork by selecting and adding their chosen Artwork to the basket then proceeding to Checkout with their Chosen Payment Method for the stated Purchase Price. Their Receipt and Payment is Proof of Purchase. The Artist agrees to sell the Rights to the Artwork to the Buyer in return for the payment previously detailed.

The Rights granted by Whetton Art relate to the following:

Number of Editions of the Digital Artwork is Limited as stated in the store.

Name, description, resolution, print size and identifying information of each individual Limited Edition Art piece by Whetton Art is supplied.

Delivery of the Digital Artwork to the Buyer is via emailed download link after secure payment. Receipt of payment is proof of purchase to protect both parties.

Following successful payment of the Digital Artwork at the Purchase Price via the Chosen Payment Method at Checkout, the Artist will supply a link to the full sized, high resolution Digital Art piece as chosen by the Buyer, which conforms to the specifications above, and the Buyer will be granted the following exclusive rights (“Rights”) for each individual piece of Artwork: Buyer is granted the Rights for the following period: Infinite ownership from the date of this agreement or in perpetuity.

Artist (Whetton Art / Dan Whetton) retains the worldwide copyright to the Digital Artwork(s) and is the Sole Owner of All Intellectual Property Rights in the Digital Artwork(s), subject to the grant of Rights above. The Buyer can print copies for Personal Use and Display but is Not permitted to sell prints, reproductions of the Original Digital Artwork or the Actual Original Artwork without express permission of the Owner (Whetton Art / Dan Whetton). Artwork is Not Permitted to be used for Commercial use. Should Commercial use be required permission from the Artist must be obtained in writing and a Fee agreed. This Fee would usually be a percentage of the profits made by using (Whetton Art) Digital Artwork for Commercial use. The Buyer is Not Permitted to copy, destroy, alter, modify or change the Artwork in its Digital or Printed form (any form) or use the Artwork in any other manner than as permitted in this agreement. The Buyer must also Not allow anyone else to do so.
