When secret Government Officials and Scientists first discovered there was Alien DNA in places on Earth they thought it too good an opportunity to pass by. Then when the actual Alien Race known as the 'Myriad', or 'The Many', were found to be the originators of the DNA, and were willing to help create a new weapon to bring peace across the universe, it seemed like a gift from the Gods. Well the Myriad are Gods and they created Humans, and it made sense they'd want to use their skills to create something much more powerful; Malicious, the biological weapon was born.
